You do not need motivation at 5 a.m. You need a reason the night before and a phone across the room.
Early rising is not a personality trait. It is a stack of small decisions.
Pick a wake time and keep it daily. Weekends included for the first three weeks. Your body learns from repetition, not heroics.
Go to bed on time. You cannot cheat sleep and win. Seven hours minimum for most men.
Put the alarm out of reach. Feet on the floor before your brain negotiates.
Know your first action. Water, clothes, light, movement — something automatic that does not require a decision.
Protect the morning. No phone for the first thirty minutes. The day will take your attention soon enough.
Win the morning when the house is quiet. That hour belongs to you before the world asks for anything.
